Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SwiftURL, operated by Emplific (“we”, “us”). By using SwiftURL you agree to these Terms. Placeholders in square brackets will be completed before publication.

The service

SwiftURL lets you create branded short links, serve them from custom domains, view analytics, and use governance and compliance tooling. Features available to you depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SwiftURL to shorten or distribute links that are unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or that facilitate malware, phishing, or infringement. We run automated safety checks and may reject, disable, or remove links, and suspend accounts, that violate these Terms or the law.

Your content and links

You retain ownership of the destinations and content behind your links. You are responsible for your links and for ensuring you have the rights to use the domains and content involved.

Compliance responsibility

SwiftURL provides tooling that helps you meet obligations such as India’s DLT/TRAI rules for SMS and the DPDP Act. This tooling does not make you automatically compliant. You remain responsible for how you configure and use the platform and for your own regulatory compliance.

Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. Prices shown in INR are inclusive of applicable GST. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

SwiftURL, its software, and its brand are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in these Terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may stop using SwiftURL at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the law. On termination, account deletion follows our stated retention and grace periods.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in [city/state], subject to any mandatory local rights you may have.
