Everything you need to get value from SwiftURL. If you can’t find an answer here, email us at support@swifturl.co.
Getting started
- Create your first link. Sign in, paste a destination URL, pick a slug, and SwiftURL safety-checks it before it goes live. Free links use the shared
sftl.indomain. - Understand your plan. Each plan sets your limits for active links, tracked clicks, analytics retention, custom domains, and team size. See pricing for the full comparison.
- Read your analytics. Every click is captured automatically, with bots filtered out. Break clicks down by geography, device, referrer, UTM, and time of day.
Custom domains
- Add a domain. Enter a domain or subdomain like
go.yourbrand.com, add the CNAME record we show you, and SwiftURL verifies it and provisions SSL. See Custom Domains. - Where does SSL come from? Certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically.
Campaigns, UTMs and imports
- Group links into campaigns to see combined performance and keep your workspace tidy. See Campaign Manager.
- Keep UTMs consistent with a built-in builder and saved presets. See UTM Presets.
- Import in bulk from a CSV; every link is safety-checked. See Bulk Link Import.
Teams and organizations
- Invite teammates with roles that match their job, from Admin to Read-only.
- Separate clients or business units into their own organizations, each with its own domains, links and analytics. See Team & Multi-Org.
Security, compliance and privacy
- Every link is safety-checked and every change is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.
- India compliance: DLT/TRAI sender headers and DPDP consent and grievance tooling are built in. See Security & Compliance.
- Account deletion runs on a reversible 30-day grace period before a permanent purge.
Billing
- Free stays free. Paid plans add custom domains, deeper analytics, team features, the API and compliance tooling. See pricing.
- Questions about invoices or plans? Email sales@swifturl.co.
