This Privacy Policy explains how SwiftURL, operated by Emplific, a sub-brand of Primal Pulse Technologies LLP (India) (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you use our website and product.

Who we are

SwiftURL is a link-management platform operated by Emplific, a sub-brand of Primal Pulse Technologies LLP, India. For privacy questions, contact [support@swifturl.co] or our Grievance Officer (see below).

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details. Passwords, when used, are stored only as a secure hash. Link and campaign data: the destination URLs, slugs, domains, UTM parameters and compliance metadata you create. Click analytics: we record clicks on your links. We do not store raw IP addresses, they are anonymized at the edge before any data leaves it. Unique visitors are counted using a daily-rotating pseudonymous value that uses no cookie and cannot link a person across days. Product analytics: to understand how SwiftURL is used and improve it, we collect pseudonymous product-usage data, namely the pages and features you use, and interactions that indicate friction (such as repeated or dead clicks). It is cookieless, keyed only to your account’s pseudonymous identifier (never your name or email), IP is discarded, and it captures no personal content (URLs are reduced to route patterns, and form contents are never recorded). We may also offer optional session replay, which is off unless you enable it and, when on, masks all text and inputs. Support and communications: messages you send us, and records of consent.

How we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, run safety checks on links, produce analytics for you, communicate with you, process payments, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Where required, we rely on your consent and on the performance of our contract with you. We maintain a consent record for your account.

Our in-product analytics runs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. It is first-party, pseudonymous, and minimized, and you can opt out at any time from Settings → Profile in the app. On our marketing website, analytics is strictly opt-in: nothing loads or runs until you accept via the consent banner. Session replay always requires your explicit opt-in. We honor Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control signals.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers that help us run SwiftURL, which may include cloud hosting, email delivery, rate-limiting, safety-check, custom-domain, product-analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU), and error-monitoring providers. Each is bound to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

International transfers

SwiftURL is hosted on reputable, encrypted cloud infrastructure that may be located outside India. Applicable law, including India’s DPDP Act, permits cross-border transfer except to countries that are specifically restricted. We do not claim in-India data residency.

Data retention

We retain account and link data for as long as your account is active. Click analytics are retained according to your plan. When you delete your account, deletion runs on a reversible 30-day grace period before a permanent purge.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us or our Grievance Officer.

Security

We apply safeguards including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive secrets at rest, strict access controls, and tamper-evident audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

SwiftURL is not directed to children and is intended for business use.
