Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for paid SwiftURL plans, operated by Emplific. Placeholders in square brackets will be completed before publication.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or annual). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew and your workspace moves to the free tier. The free tier remains available at no cost.

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: payments are generally non-refundable for the current period; cancelling stops future renewals.
  • Annual plans: [state your annual refund terms, for example a pro-rated refund within N days of purchase].
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full once verified.

To request a refund, email [billing@swifturl.co] with your account email and the charge in question.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Timing depends on the processor and your bank.

Taxes

Refunds are net of any non-refundable taxes or fees where applicable. INR prices are shown inclusive of GST.
